Radio Box, Battery and Motor make a tight fit but workable.
The Orange box is the old Novak T4 speed controller, Servo in left (rear of boat).
Motor on right shows the water cooling coil that is included in the kit

Closeup of the outboard drive unit.
I replaced all the bushings with stainless bearings.

The boat really rides the waves quite well.
It WILL flip over however if you are going against the wind and hitting the waves.

Passing shot.. it will throw up a 18"-36" rooster tail
