3/14/2007 - Back to the Stang Planet - Buying Parts - Lower Dash Painted

Wow.. 60 days and no updates... or much accomplished. I HAVE been buying parts though and am ready to get back to the Stang. Been doing the 'work' thing and getting another year older.. ack.

Currently I am working through my build list and turning it into more of a Getting Things Done (GTD) project and sub-projects to fit in with the GTD implementation I have been working on at home and work.

Expensive small box of parts... wire harness wrap, fuse blocks for cooling fans, headlight relays, EFI fuel pump, etc along with the needed items for EGR elimination and some ends needed for the EFI harness. That isn't even the box they came in, it was about 6" x 6" x 8" and all packed in.

50 square feet of B-Quite Ultimate for lining the firewall and floor. Hopefully worth it.

Picked up a heater core from O'Reilly auto and a seal kit from ebay for rebuilding the heater box.

Also found an inertia switch for the EFI pump for a deal on ebay. This is from a Taurus but they do the same job.

This pic really doesn't do the dash justice as it looks much better in person. Looks like it's already collecting dust. This is the metalic black I will use for the bottoms of the doors and rear interior quarters. I like it.
